I'm Melissa



I’m a Master-Level Transformational Coach specializing in Intuitive Eating. I empower women who struggle with food, break free from dieting and find peace with food so they can live their fullest life.

After decades of struggling with my relationship with food, I found the freedom, health and life I always wanted. Since then, I've made it my mission and life’s work to help others struggling with food, find peace and reclaim their life. 


It was not long ago that I was stuck in a constant cycle of binge, repent, repeat. I spent so much time and energy stressing about food, that I had no energy left to actually live my life.


I poured myself into finding answers to why I was struggling and how to break the cycle. I went to coaching school, and dove into researching habit change, Intuitive Eating, and everything in between.


Now, I've combined all my knowledge and experience into one process, the Peace with Food Framework, to help others find freedom from dieting, guilt and shame.

When I'm not coaching you can find me teaching Barre3 in Massachusetts or at home with my husband and our dog, Sophie.
